Fall Finale Update: Supergirl
This is the last review of the new shows that I've watched this year and I'm happy to say that I have no show casualties! It is a great feeling to have when you like all your shows.
Supergirl is great and I'm not surprised that I like it because I did watch Smallville. I'm still a little traumatized from the pilot when her sister, Alex, was in a plane crash. (Grey's fans will understand how not nice that was) Other than that, I think this show is pretty great. I'm all for woman empowerment. And of course I want Jimmy and Kara together. I just know that it'll take forever like it always does with shows like this. People love their slow burns. As for Winn, I'm not that much of a fan of him. This wasn't the case at first. He had his little crush on Kara and that was fine. The moment I started not liking him was when he got all petty around Jimmy. He started jumping to conclusions and getting mad at Kara when he had no right to be. That really upset me and I think he needs to chill. Let Kara live her life. If she never feels the same way about him then he needs to accept that.
Now that season finale was a serious cliff hanger. First I want to say that it's about time Cat found out Kara is Supergirl. It took way too long for her. All I want to know is what will she do with that info.
Second, we are finding out more about Kara's mother and aunt. Astra is like on of those environmental extremist who do the most to protect the world. She said she does what she does because the world (her old one and Earth) is dying. I do find it interesting that her husband seems to be more of the mastermind than her. He did say that if Supergirl dies, Astra dies. I just can't wait to find out more about them. But with the way it ended it looks like he might not survive to explain things. Astra's still being held captive so hopefully she'll spill the beans. We'll see in January.

Fall Finale Update: Grimm
So the last season of Grimm was ...interesting. (I think that's the right word for it.) It ended with Trubel shooting Juliet and we all assumed she was dead. This is season started right were the last left off, but we still didn't know if Juliet was alive or dead. Personally, I thought she was alive, mainly because I didn't want her to be dead.
- Trubel: When we last saw her she shot Juliette and then they both vanished. Trubel is one of my favorite characters so I was a little upset that she wasn't around anymore. Thankfully, she came back. She's working for this secret HW group that had her all over the world. Hopefully we'll hear more about who they are and why they do what they do when the show returns because I am very intrigued.
- Renard's friend: So his friend is running for mayor and Renard is endorsing him. There has to be more to this story than we know now. They wouldn't be giving it this much attention if there wasn't. Maybe Sean will end up running for mayor? Or there's more to his friend then we know. Maybe he's involved in this wessen uprising somehow?
- Wessen uprising: So all throughout the season there have been a string of crimes happening and the perpetrator keeps leaving these claw marks on the walls. We know now that it's wessen. And, it's not wessen versus humans, it's wessen versus wessen. So my question is why are they fighting their own kind and what happened to start all this?
The fall finale ended with a pretty big cliffhanger. It threw me because I wasn't expecting it and I didn't even realize that the episode was over! So I though there was going to be more and there wasn't. I was that person yelling 'NO' at the TV screen. Two huge things happened that I want to talk about.
- Trubel shooting Juliette: Trubel admitted that she was sent back to Nick's house to shoot Juliette. It was assumed that when she went back she only shot Juliette because she was hurting Nick. Now I want to know if the plan was to kill Juliet or just harm her so the HW group could take her captive.
- Juliette's alive: I was right this whole time! I'm so happy that she's not dead. Plus, it looks like she's working on Nick's side, in a way, which is good. I just have so many questions, like what's up with the new hair?
I went in this season a little shaky, but I'm liking it so far. I just hope that all my questions get answered. We'll find out in January.

Fall Finale Update: Jane the Virgin
This show is still it's wonderful self, making my cry and laugh all within minutes of each other. It also still has those crazy storylines. My favorite episode so far was Chapter Twenty-Eight. Let's get into some specifics.
- Michael or Rafael: Jane is still conflicted over who to choose and I don't blame her. Both have done some pretty shady stuff this season. I do tend to lean toward Rafael because he's Mateo's father but they both have a lot of work to do if they want a chance.
- Luisa: She is still the same hot mess she was last season! And she's still caught up with Sin Rostro which really doesn't surprise me considering who Luisa is. I don't think she will ever be over Sin Rostro.
- Mudder: There is a new mystery person in town. Mudder kidnapped Luisa and is a foe of Sin Rostro. The only thing is that we don't know who she really is. Michael and his new partner think it might be Luisa's mom who was supposedly dead. I'm here for this theory. Plus, I really want to know who Luisa's mom is since she isn't dead.
- Xo and Rogelio: As we know, these two got drunk and got married. They've actually decided to stay married and I think it's working out for them.
- Petra: This girl went ahead and used the rest of Rafael's sperm and now she's pregnant with twins! I really don't know what he was thinking when she did this. I guess she wasn't really thinking at all.
- Jane in grad school: I really love that Jane is taking her writing to the next level. I also really love her counselor, Jonathan. he really seems to know what to do to bring out the best in Jane.
- Petra's mother: This woman is THEE WORST! She hasn't done anything to prove that she is a good person. I really don't know why they let her out of jail in the first place. I can't believe that she blamed Ivan's murder on Petra. I mean was she even thinking about the fact that she's pregnant!? No. All she cares about is herself. The only way I see this being a positive thing is if this is some plan and they're totally playing us.
- Petra spilled the beans: Rafael is the only person that knows the truth about Petra's mother. But doesn't that make him an accessory now that he knows? I've watch a lot of crime dramas to know that the more you know about a crime, the worse off you'll be. I hope this isn't the case because he doesn't need anymore trouble coming his way.
- Jane's "night in silky armor": When they revealed that it was Michael I just rolled my eyes. I think I'm over this whole love triangle. I just want her to pick one or find someone new.
I can't wait to find out what happens next with this show. I'm glad we don't have to wait too long for new episodes. See you in January.

Fall Finale Update: Quantico
This is my favorite new show this fall! There are so many wonderful things about this show. First off, if you ware a fan of How to get Away with Murder than I think you will like this show. They're similar because the both start off with a main event that we don't know much about and then we see flashbacks all the way up to the main event. I do think that this show is a little easier to follow. There are many characters that they introduce, but it doesn't happen all at once. Characters on this show come and go, so when they introduce a new one another character may be leaving. Whether it's permanent or temporary, my lips are sealed.
This is the type of show where you can't trust anyone. You may start out an episode thinking that someone is fine and end the episode thinking they are the shadiest character. You just can't trust anyone on this show.
Another thing I really love about this show is it's diversity. The lead of this show is an Indian woman, the director is the FBI is a Black woman and the rest of the NAT's (agents in training) are a pretty diverse group. It just makes me so happy to see a cast that is so diverse. I will always praise a show for mirroring what society looks like.
Now on to this finale. Was it Caleb this entire time? Who was in the control center? Who's alive and who's dead? I have so many questions and I have to wait until March to get them. I'm not excited about the long wait, but it does give those who haven't watched time to catch up. So, if you haven't watched I suggest you do. It's a great show.

Fall Finale Update: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
What a journey it has been for me with this show. The first season wasn't the best but it did get better each year, and this year is insane!
- ATCU and S.H.I.E.L.D.: S.H.I.E.L.D. started working with the ATCU this year in order to mend their relationship with the government. It was going okay until we found out that they were creating an inhuman army! And then we found out the man in charge of that was Hydra! Complete craziness.
- Coulson and Ros: The leaders of these organizations hooked up! Finally Coulson got some good love, but they had to kill her. WHY?! Why would they do that to him!?
- FitzSimmons: This was my favorite storyline so far this season! Jemma got sucked into that rock last season and we started this season with Fitz doing everything and anything to find a way to get her back. I loved that we got an entire episode dedicated to her on that planet. Then we finally got a kiss! There were so many moments between these 2 this season that brought tears to my eyes.
- Lash/Andrew: Lash was the craziest reveal! I had no idea it was Andrew until the agents figured it out. Of course the one person that was supposed to help all the inhumans adapt to their new powers was the one that killed them.
- Ward: Ward is that villain that you just hate. I can compare him to Amanda from Nikita. There was nothing about him that I liked. He was just pure evil and I wanted him gone every time I saw his face. .

Fall Finale Update: Empire
Empire has proven itself to be one of the most outrageous shows on television and this season was nothing different. There were somethings that I like and some that I didn't, so let's get into it.
- Lyon Dynasty: Cookie and Hakeen are finally working together and creating a label all their own. I love this. It's nice that Hakeem finally came around and can have a better relationship with his mother. We are done with the broomstick beatings! (I hope)
- Jamal and Cookie: I was upset that these two were at odds in the beginning of the season. I'm just glad they cleared the air and were able to work together again. Their scenes are gold.
- Lucious: I've never been a fan of Lucious and that didn't really change this season. What I did like was that we got flashbacks to his childhood with his mother. We were able to understand why he does some things and I really appreciate them doing that. Hopefully we'll see more when the season comes back. Also, I want Lucious to actually talk about his childhood. Seeing the flashbacks and then seeing him react to a situation is one thing. Having him talk about what he went through and maybe explain that this is why he's doing whatever it is he's doing can help his family understand him more.
- The music: I have to admit that I liked the music of season one more than this season. There were just a few select songs that I liked this season but I liked all the music last year.
Now let's talk about that shocking fall finale.
- Camilla is back: This was the most shocking moment of the finale. They teased her coming back but we didn't know why, but the reason why was crazy. I really liked how they revealed her as Mimi's wife first instead of having her go to Hakeem first. I'm just really surprised that she would go through all this for Hakeen. Marrying this woman just so she could take over the Empire. I mean that it a lot.
- Hakeem's betrayal: I wasn't at all shocked that he did this. I did think that he would stick with the Empire because of what Cookie said but when you take into consideration all the things that Lucious did for him, it's no surprised he voted him out. Lucious basically switched Hakeem out for Freda Gatz. In the end, Hakeem is only really going to look out for himself and by doing this he has more power in Empire.
- Boo Boo Kitty is crazy: I was really wondering what they would do with her storyline since she really doesn't have ties to Empire anymore. It's interesting that they made her pregnant and insanely jealous. Why didn't they show her get a job like the one she had at Empire at a competing label? I would've really like to see her and Cookie squash their beef and work together at Lyon Dynasty. It would've really pissed Lucious off, but more importantly it would have been awesome to see Lyon Dynasty be woman led. Oh well. Also, I have no doubt in my mind that she is the one that pushed Rhonda.
- Love for Cookie: I really want Cookie to have better love interests. I liked her with Laz, but he had to be problematic. Of course Lucious is going to be jealous of anyone she's with. I just wish the only reason for him to hate the guy is because the guy is with Cookie and nothing else. #UnproblematicLoveInterestForCookie2k16.
When the show comes back hopefully we'll learn of Rhonda's fate. I haven't a clue what it might be. There's really nothing given from the promo except Andre crying in the nursery, but that could mean anything. I just wonder if Lucious will ask to work at Lyon Dynasty now that he's out of the Empire. We'll see in March, which is too far away and too long of a wait!

Fall Finale Update: The Flash
I was very excited about this season. Mainly because of all the Comic Con panels and interviews that talked about the Iris/West family storylines. I'm a big fan of the West family so hearing that they would get more screen time made me very happy. I was also really anxious to see what happened after that insane cliffhanger of a finale. So let's get into it.
- Zoom: This is the new villain and he is terrifying! I hate villains that have a lack of facial features and Zoom has no mouth and that makes me very uncomfortable! Also, have you checked out his nails?! So creepy! Since Zoom is from Earth 2 (E2) there has been this ongoing debate on who he is. Some people think he's E2 Barry but I'm not too sure about that. It seems too easy. I read a theory that it might be E2 Henry and I think that would be so interesting. I have no solid guesses, but wouldn't it be interesting it he was actually E2 Iris? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think we found out why he has Jessie. Did they ever tell us?
- Barry's search for happiness: So in the season finale, Earth 1 Wells told Barry that he would never be happy so this season he's been trying to not prove him right, and I'm not sure he did a very good job of it. He seemed a little depressed and lost some of his confidence. I think he finally got it back by the fall finale.
- Mama West: I was beyond excited when I heard the news that we would finally meet Mama West. I ended up not liking what they did with her storyline. I feel like every time an MIA parent comes back they either want money or they're dying and she fit right in with that trope. Why did she have to be dying? I really wanted to see her and Iris's relationship evolve and I don't think that we're going to get that. I mean, there is still time but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.
- Iris West: I thought that would we see more of Iris being a reporter this year. The most we saw was her getting saved by Barry from that shoot out and her being all buddy buddy with Linda (I love that friendship by the way). I really want to see her doing press conferences, interviews and more investigative work. Like when she found out about Wally, for example. We never saw her looking that information up and discovering it, we only saw the after effect. The fall finale was her best episode this season.
- Honorable Mentions: Jay and Cailtin... we all saw that coming. Patty, oh Patty. I wish you were more than just a love interest.
This finale was all about the West family and I think this is just the beginning. Iris finally told Barry and Joe about Wally. I really have to give it up to Candice Patton and Jessie L. Martin for acting their butts off in this episode. I mean, when you give them screen time they put in work and I love it! I'm not trying to take away from the other actors, but we see those in STAR Labs quite often in comparison to the Wests.
I want to talk about Joe's gift to Barry. I was a little shocked that he decided to give his watch to Barry. I'm guessing the symbolism behind that was that Joe was trying to show that he still considers Barry his son even though Barry's not his biological son and even though he has a biological son.
Wally West has arrived! This was the moment that we were all waiting for. I just knew that it would come in the last minutes of the episode. I am so anxious to see how this shakes things up.
Lastly I have to talk about E2 Wells and Zoom. Wells is now working to steal Barry's speed mostly likely to give it to Zoom so he can get even faster. Again we have a Wells using Barry for his speed. (SN: What if he actually steals some of his speed but Wally takes it and that's how he becomes Kid Flash?)
My only question is why didn't E2 Wells tell anyone about this?! I'm pretty sure they would try to figure out a way to help him.
Well, I can't wait to see the second half of this season. Hopefully we'll see Cisco get a better love interest that has the same amount of conditioner game as he does. See you all in January.

Fall Finale Update: Rosewood
This was another show that started off slow but got better with each episode. I have to say that I thought this show was a little corny, but I'm happy to say that it got better. Once we got some character development and the storylines started to unfold, the show really came into it's own. It proved itself to be a different type of crime drama. A detective and a pathologist team up to fight crime. It kind of reminds me of Mulder and Scully in the sense that you have the detective side and the medical side.
Another thing that changed for me was the relationship between Rosewood and Villa. I didn't immediately want them together romantically, but now I do. I have to blame the show for this because they just keep throwing tropes at us. Plus, these two don't have bad chemistry, so why not.
I'm also really glad that they started their over arching storyline with the fall finale. I've said many times before, just having just a case of the week will get boring over time. It's nice that they've started a storyline that will bleed into multiple episodes.
I want to take a moment to talk about the casting of this show. I love seeing a Latina and a Black man as the leads of a TV show. I love that from the regulars, to the supporting cast, to the cast member that are only on for 1 episode, there's diversity. It just makes me so happy to finally see a show that reflects the society we live in.
I can't wait to see what happens when the season picks back up again. This killer that they're looking for is no joke and it's not going to be easy for them to find him. It looks like things are going to get complicated between Villa and Rosewood because it looked like something was about to happen between them in the finale. I won't be surprised if they share a kiss before the season finale.
If you haven't watched this show, I recommend you do. You've got enough time to catch up because the season doesn't resume until March. Hopefully I'll see you then.

Fall Finale Update: Minority Report
This was actually the season finale of this show, so it's over for know (I hope), but it came in the fall so counts.
I really really like this show. I think it got better and better with each episode and really picked once they got to the over arching storyline of the season. And I was wondering when that would kick in because the 'case of the week' can get old pretty fast.
The finale was amazing. It was intense, the stake were high, there was a sense of urgency with everyone, and it ended with a shocker. It really left me wanting more. Like, where did the precogs go and did Vega go with them? And, what was Wally's fate?
Here's the point where I tell you to go watch this show if you haven't already. WATCH THIS SHOW!! There is a fear that it will be cancelled considering the fact that it was supposed to go for 13 episodes but was cut down to 10, probably because of the ratings. But, I think this show is too good and too important to get cancelled. First off, the future is great but it's not perfect. They did a very good job of showing how awesome the future can be (ex. the technology, the french fries that don't have any calories), but also showed that we still struggled with some things. There was a balance. They showed the negative effects of climate change and that this country still struggles with immigration issues.
The main thing they showed was a diverse future. I've seen so many movies about the future with little to no diversity which leaves the impression that minorities won't be around. That's not the case with this show. And it's not just full of Black people, but includes people of all races. I will never stop stanning for that aspect of the show.
So, please go watch this show if you haven't already. I know all the episodes are up now on Fox's website and they're onDemand (depending on your cable provider). Let's all hope for a second season!

Fall Finale Update: Sleepy Hollow
I have to say that the front half of this season as a slow build. The heat turned up during episodes 1-6, then the pot finally started to boil with episode seven and the pot exploded with episode 8. I'm happy the pot started to boil over because I was starting to get a little worried.
Now I did an update back after episode 4 aired and talked about a couple things that I thought needed to be fixed, so let's revisit that.
- Betsy: Now, I didn't know what her purpose was then and I still don't know what it is. And she's been MIA for the past 2 episodes! So she'll be around a lot more in the back half of the season or she's gone for good. Honestly, if she's around more than I hope we see her doing more. We need to see her fighting stuff instead of just seeing her going off to fight stuff.
- Abbie needing love: This still needs to be addressed. I mean, we did get a bit of a backstory in episode 6 with Danny, but that was it. Having Crane admit that he's afraid of losing her was a step in the right direction Ichabbie wise, but they need to step it up if this is what they're doing! He needs to flat out say that he loves her to Joe or to Jenny or to Abbie herself!
Now lets talk about the things I'm really liking this season.
- Pandora: I don't know how many times I've said this, but this years big bad is the best big bad this show has ever had! And now we have her husband (The Hidden One) to deal with. Things are starting to get really interesting. Hopefully we'll learn more about him and their relationship.
- Jenny and Joe: First off there is WAY more Jenny than last year; A+. Second, she has her own storyline separate from Team Witness. Third, Joe (who I'm so glad is back) got to tag along with her on her adventure and they are a great team. Well, I guess you can call them a great couple because of that great big kiss that happened in episode 7.
- This season's storyline: I think this whole thing with Pandora and The Hidden One is all very interesting and has the potential to be great, we just don't know that much yet. So far I'm intrigued. One hope that I do have is that someone in the FBI knows about the supernatural world and that Abbie's a witness. I refuse to believe that not one single soul in the FBI knows anything about this.
After watching the fall finale, these are my big time hopes for the back half.
- I want to see Abbie in the underworld. (Because we know she's not dead and that's the only logical explanation of where she went.)
- If Abbie doesn't get herself back I want to see either Crane or Jenny rescue her.
- Even though this will hurt my feelings, I was to see Crane so utterly devastated now that Abbie's gone. I want him walking around that empty house. I want him sleeping in her bed. I want him frantically searching for a way to get her back. I want it ALL!
- And when she's finally back, I want the most EPIC Ichabbie reunion to date! Better than the season 2 premiere.
- Basically I want to be a sobbing mess, puddle of a human being when the show comes back.
To be honest, I'm not expecting any of this, but only because I don't want to be disappointed. If any of those things happen I'll be shocked and happy but I'm not getting my hopes up too high.
I have to mention that the show is coming back February 5th at 8pm. That is a Friday, so we got a day change AND a time change. So set your calendars.

Fall Finale Update: How to Get Away with Murder
So the whole first half of this season lead up to us finding out who shot Annalise, which is something I didn't think we would get to this soon. I really thought that they were going to wait until the season finale to tell us.
There were a couple main things that I like about the front half of this season.
- Michaela and Connor: I really like how they're friends this year.
- This season's storyline: Last season Annalise worked on many cases each week but I like how they mainly had the murder case with the brother and sister this year. There was a lot that went on last year with Lila and Sam getting killed and it was a little hard to keep track of everything. It was easier this year and I liked how it all came together in the end.
Now on to this finale and what I think will happen in the back half of the season.
- Asher's dad: Did we ever find out who leaked the info about his dad to the press? I know it was assumed that it was Sinclair, but we don't know that as fact. I have a feeling that Bonnie did it to get back at Annalise for using the info in the first place. Bonnie would do it because she hates Annalise now.
- Annalise got shot: She'll be back though. It was never a thought in my mind that she could be dead. I think it would be interesting to see if they show her recuperating in the hospital or if they'll do a time jump. I actually would want to see her in the hospital for a little bit, even if it's just for one episode. I want to see what the Keating 5 will do without their leader.
- Christof = Wes: It looks like in the back half we'll find out the connection between Annalise and Christof/Wes and his mother. I think Annalise and Eve had something to do with her death. Whether they killed her or not, I'm not sure. I just want to know why they were there when Christof/Wes was getting questioned. If either of them represented him wouldn't he remember them? I mean, he could've repressed those memories. I can't wait to find out all about it.
This show never ceases to amaze and shock me which is why I love it so much. I wan't wait to see all the craziness the back half has to bring in February. It's going to be a long wait but we'll get through it.

Fall Finale Update: Grey's Anatomy
Alright, so I'm just going to bullet point all of my thought on this season. Let's go!
- Maggie is my favorite: Cristina and Bailey will always have a special place in my heart, but it looks like there's room for one more. I find myself saying "I love Maggie" or "Maggie is my favorite" week after week. My favorite scene of hers was when she was talking to Amelia about race/white privilege. Everything she said was perfect.
- Bailey as chief will always be greatness: I mean, could you think of anyone better for the job. Plus she's doing an amazing job. It was only a matter of time before she got this job. I'm also loving all the help Webber is giving her.
- Jackson and April: I'm not too distraught over their relationship ending. Don't get me wrong, it is heartbreaking to watch, but I'm not in mourning over a relationship that I wanted to happen for months. It just sucks because they made their relationship so epic (especially with the wedding and all) and now it's probably over.
- Jo and Stephanie: They've reminded me of Meredith and Cristina for a while now. Both friendships had that "I'm a better doctor than you" conversation, too. Now that they've reconciled, they're on the path to becoming each other's person.
I have a couple of predictions for things what might happen in the back half of the season.
- So I think Riggs is Hunt's brother-in-law and something bad went down between Riggs and Hunt's sister. I don't think Hunt's sister is alive. If she and Riggs got a divorce it wouldn't make sense for him to call her family his family. I think Hunt blames Riggs for her death.
- I'm not quite sure if Jo will say yes or no to Alex's proposal. I'm leaning towards maybe. What I do know is this is a big deal for Alex, just think of the last time he made this step. If Jo says no it will crush him.
This season finale was cliffhanger city! My hope is the winter premiere picks up right where the finale left off, no time jump. I'll see you guys in February.

Fall Finale Update: Scandal
Not only will this be an update on how I feel about this season, but I will include a little summary on how my feelings for this show has changed. This might be a little long so let’s get to it.
When things started to change
I have to be honest, my love for this show has shrunk and there are 3 main reasons for this; B613, the case of the week becoming nonexistent, and Olivia and Fitz on and off relationship.
- B613
- They spent a season and a half trying to take down this organization which was too much time for me. Then add to that, the way it was finally taken down was not satisfying to me. Rowan going to jail was nice but, first he didn’t go for his crimes as command. Second, he got out and the hunt for him was on again. So he’s free to do whatever he wants when he should be in jail. He’s like that one villain that never dies, the only difference between him and other villains like this is that the others eventually die. There are so many threats on his life and they never follow through. It’s getting old.
- No more case of the week
- OPA cases was the thing that hooked me on to this show from the beginning. How they handled cases was the difference between this show and all the other crime dramas I’ve watched. OPA’s goal is to help the client, not solve whatever crime happened. Sure, they solved crimes but only to help their client.
- Once B613 came into the picture it went from different case each week to trying to take down B613 each week. Like I said above, that was too much. It was an overload.
- Olivia and Fitz (Olitz)
- Ever since "The Trail" (Season 1 Episode 6) I wanted Olitz together and fought hard for them. With this episode plus "Molly, You in Danger, Girl (Season 2 Episode 18) when Fitz said he and Mellie were arranged, I've felt that Olitz belonged together and should be together, and you could've tell me anything different.
- Olitz really started to annoy me after "No Sun on the Horizon" (Season 3 Episode 13). I was over the back and forth of this relationship at this point. The break-up/make-up storyline got old for me. Whatever happened with this relationship didn’t matter to me because if they broke up I knew they would get back together and if they made up I knew they would break up a few episodes later.
- This final nail in the coffin was the Vermont dream Olivia had in "Run" (Season 4 Episode 10). Seeing her with the job of making jam and walking the dog while he’s off being governor didn’t feel right to me. I didn’t think that Olivia would be happy quitting OPA and becoming a housewife.
Thoughts on season 5 thus far
I’m going to start off with what I actually liked about this season.
- Mellie
- Mellie choosing to start an impeachment trial on Fitz. Mellie’s filibuster! But my favorite Mellie moment of this season was the speech she gave to Fitz after she signed the divorce papers. Everything she said was so on point with how I’ve felt about that relationship. I’m so glad that was finally said!
- Susan Ross
- She will always be a favorite of mine. I love how she wanted to quit because she didn’t want to become president and her little crush on David is hilarious.
Now on to the things I didn’t like so much.
- OPA had about 2 cases this season and I’ve already talked about why that upsets me. But I do have a smidge of hope things are changing in that department. Now that Olivia is out of the white house, it looks like she’ll get back into that work again.
- Rowan’s out of jail and it looked like he would finally die but, no. I have no reason to believe that he will ever be killed off this show. Why? Well, in the fall finale Huck realized that Rowan actually wants to die and fears living. So why kill him and give him what he wants when letting him live is a bigger punishment?
- The thing that made me the most mad was Olivia and Fitz.
- First, this entire front half of the season was all about them and that was too much for me.
- Second, I never thought that Olivia was happy living in the white house with Fitz. She gave me no reason to believe she wanted any of it. She regretted saying she was his mistress, she let her father out of jail so she wouldn’t have to marry Fitz and stopped any chance of them having a family. I’m just mad it look this long for them to finally realize this.
- But, no matter how many time they say this relationship is over forever, I have no doubt that they are over forever. They always end up back together. I’d be shocked if this was actually the end.
Overall, this front half of the season had it’s ups and downs for me. I have a little bit of hope that the back half will be better. I just want things to be different. Give me more OPA cases. Let Olitz be together forever or over forever and let’s squash this on and off stuff. And let’s finally end this Rowan storyline. Make him go away forever or kill him because I’m tired of what we’re getting now. If things don’t change for the better, I might now be around for a season 6.

2015 Fall Premieres Part 5: Supergirl, Grimm
Supergirl
Another superhero show, are you surprised?! I really liked it. They get super bonus points for having a female superhero. I think the special effects were pretty good and I loved the Dean Cain cameo. One of the things that I hope to love about this show is the relationship between Kara and her sister. It already looks like it has the potential to be great. I have siblings and I really appreciate it when I see sibling relationships portrayed on TV done well. It really makes characters more round when they have friendships, romantic relationships and familial/sibling relationships. I do hope that this relationship is written well.
Grimm
So here's what went down in the season 5 premiere. Nick is on the war path to find out where Trubel is, where Juliette's body is and where his mother's head is. Also, a war is starting in Portland. Some really bad wessen are coming and it's not going to be pretty. And on top of all that, Adalind had her baby! Oh yeah, no on really knows if Juliette is dead. I'm on the not dead ship because we've seen no body and I don't really want her to be dead. I mean, she probably is but anything can happen.
This episode was crazy intense and it doesn't look like it's going to slow down any time soon. I felt a little iffy about last season so I hope that this one is better.

Sleepy Hollow Update
We are 4 episodes and I've been asked to do an update, so let's get into it! I'm going to start with some general stuff and then get into the specifics.
I still stand by my statement that if you haven't watched this show before, this is the season you can jump into and feel like you've missed nothing. So with that being said, if you have any friends that haven't watched and don't feel like watching the first 2 seasons, they don't have to. But, there are callbacks to the previous seasons that those of us who did watch will appreciate.
Now for the overarching story, I think this is just one big set up for something HUGE and I don't think it's going to happen until the fall/winter finale. I think it's going to be about this tablet prophesy and I hope we find out more about the tablet and Pandora's agenda before the fall finale. Right now, we don't know any more than we did in the premiere and I'm hoping that changes. I don't know if it's just me, but it's driving me insane that we don't have the tablet completely translated. All we know is that Abbie and Crane are the "Destroyers", but of what and/or whom, I don't know. I need more information on this.
Now on to some specifics.
The Good
The Bad
The Ugly

The Good
- Pandora: She is the best villain on this show. Better than Headless, better than Henry/War, better than Moloch. I don't know where they found this actress but she is killing this role. I like to describe Pandora as pleasantly evil. I think I'm going to be a little sad when they defeat her. Is that weird?
- Team Witness: As I was watching last week's episode (The Sisters Mills), I was sitting there thinking "I really love Team Witness." I mean, I know that Jenny and Joe have their own side story going on but I loved it when the whole crew got together and solved a case. I hope we see more of this.
- It's funny: I forgot how funny this show can be. I think it lost it's comedy in season 2, but it's back now. I haven't laughed out loud like I have been this season since season 1.
- Ichabbie cannon maybe: I have a feeling that this might actually happen. I mean, they already act married and they're living together. It's only a matter of time before one of them says "I love you" without thinking about, and then they'll be forced to think about it. Also, the show runner talks about them like they're going to get together. And, everybody ships it. I think it would be smart if they moved in that direction.
The Bad
- Betsy: I've thought long and hard about what her purpose might be and I've come up with nothing. I hope that someone can come up with something that will change my mind. Right now, I'd rather see the adventures of Grace Dixon than watch this. I mean, they read about the stuff that happened to her in her journal but wouldn't it be nice if we actually got to see it? I really hope they fix this because it could really bring down the series.
- Abbie needs love: It has recently come to my attention that Abbie is the only one if our OG's (Crane, Jenny) that hasn't been kissed! This angers me. Like, we have all these women fawning over Crane, Jenny had Hawley, when is Abbie going to get some of that good loving?
The Ugly
- The Tooth Fairy: I'm so glad that we finally got a scary monster. The monster in the premiere was a little scary, then we had a shadow. Then we didn't even have a monster, we had a weapon which would've been cool if it went from person to person. But finally we got something creepy. And I will never watch that episode in the dark ever again!
So, that's how I'm feeling about Sleepy Hollow thus far. I think that if they fix the bad this could be a really great season. I'm actually getting a little excited about this Bones crossover. Let's hope it's the epic event that they're making it out to be.

2015 Fall Premieres Part 4: Jane the Virgin
The only show that's able to make me cry and laugh in the same minute is back, doing what it does best; making me cry and laugh in the same minute! We come back right where season 1 left off and find out what happened to Mateo and he comes home! I'm so glad they did that all in the beginning of the episode because I don't think my heart could take Mateo being gone for longer.
From what I gather Jane is still on the fence about whether she wants to be with Michael or Raphael and I don't know who I want her to be with. I like them both and would probably be happy with whatever she chooses, as long as she's happy.
Petra is just as crazy as ever! I'm shocked, but not shocked that she inseminated herself with the rest of Rafael's sperm. It doesn't look like this is going to go easy for her at all, especially with that assistant guy who knows she stole the sperm.
I really just wonder who that woman was at the end. It can't be Sin Rostro because her hair is different, but mainly because she's not speaking in English. But, I guess anything can happen in this show.
This was a good start to the season. I'm just really glad that it's back in my life and I can't wait to go on the crazy ride every week.

2015 Fall premieres Part 3: The Flash
So The Flash is finally back and I'm so happy. This entire episode was basically a set up for the new big bad and the season, which is usually what the first episode to a new season is. They could've started right when they left off but they decided to do a 6 month time jump. Now, I could be upset about this but that 6 months was filled with a lot of grieving and I'm not sure I would've wanted to see that. I didn't think this episode was the greatest thing ever, but it was a good start.
What I liked
What I liked
- Iris working in STAR Labs, Iris and Cisco having more scenes together, just more Iris all around. I'm so excited about this. I need more Iris on my TV.
- Cisco being Cisco and vibing. (I really need his Flash Day shirt!)
- I just love the new STAR Labs team.
- I'm excited about Jay Garrick even though I just read up on him after the season finale.
- Papa Allen finally got out of jail and that really pulled on my heart strings, but ...
What I didn't like
- Papa Allen is leaving! I really don't understand what they're doing here. They bring him out of jail just to have him skip town. What is the purpose of this?! And think about it; this has to be EXTREMELY heartbreaking for Barry. He's been waiting for over a decade to have his father back and once it happens, he leaves. Yes, Barry has a family with Joe and Iris but he'll never have anything close to the type of relationship he has with Joe with his own father! Then they use the excuse of Barry not being about to do his job as The Flash with his father around. I'm calling BS! What kind of an excuse is that?! Barry having his father around, I think, would only help him do his job better. I guess we'll just have to see how this goes.
One question I did have is is Ronnie really dead? One thing I know is that if we don't see a body then how can we be sure that person is dead. Plus, the singularity opened up a portal between the 2 worlds (spoiler alert) so how do we know that Ronnie didn't just get sucked in the portal and is walking around world 2 somewhere? We shall see.

2015 Fall Premieres Part 2
Quantico
There's really no need for me to wait until the second episode because I'm already hooked on this show! This entire show is one big mystery and I can't wait to start to solve it. My only concern is what will happen when the mystery is solved. How will they keep this show going once they figure it out? I really want this show to be on the air for a long time so I hope they figure out a way to give it some longevity.
Minority Report
So after 2 episodes I can say that I am totally here for this show. This poses a problem because once Jane the Virgin starts I'm going to have to choose which one I'll live tweet. Either way, I'll be watching both on Monday night so I'll probably just tweet them both whether it's live or not.
Rosewood
This will definitely be a show that I watch only because I have nothing else to watch at this time and because the show I really want to watch comes on after. I'm sorry but I couldn't even force myself to halfway pay attention and I forgot that I was live tweeting during the show. Honestly, this could've been my first new show casualty if there was something better on at this time. I'll keep watching as long as that's the case, but I'm not looking around for anything to catch up on and watch in its place.
Sleepy Hollow
Well, well, well, it looks like we might actually have our show back! By back, I mean back to the magic that was season 1 and not the confusion that was season 2. Abbie and Crane are back to being Abbie and Crane; together and the core of the show. We got a lot of Jenny being the BAMF that she is. We also got an awesome new villain, Pandora. There was humor, history, and intense action which is what I fell in love with when the pilot aired. Unfortunately, I have to keep a close eye on this show because it has a history of really strong beginnings and then spiraling downhill. (This is what happens when you have trust issues) After reading interviews from the new show runner and seeing the direction (I think) he wants it to go, I have high hopes. Just don't want them crushed. So I'll still be live tweeting every week (sorry Scandal) if you want follow along in all the craziness.

- Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Not sure if I included this on my list of returning shows, but I decided to watch it this past Tuesday and I think I'll keep watch live from now on. I watched about half of the first season live and then binged the rest of the show on Netflix. I was just going to wait and do that again but no.
- Grey's Anatomy: April was hilarious in her little bubble, but she and Jackson are breaking my heart. I love Bailey as chief and go Mer for getting promoted to chief of general surgery!

2015 Fall Premieres Part 1
Minority Report
I remember seeing early promos for this and thinking "this looks interesting, but I don't know." I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised. This is one of those shows that wastes no time and keeps your attention from the moment it begins. I don't think I was able to look away from my screen until the commercial breaks and I loved it. I feel like this show just had a bunch of my favorite things in it. First, it's a cop drama. Second, it's set way into the future and there's all this super cool future tech. Third, they did a great job referencing things from today, like Tinder.
I know I usually give new shows 2 episodes before I render a verdict, but I wanted to give you my initial reaction because I liked it so much. I will definitely be tuning in next Monday and most likely each week.
Rosewood
Initial thoughts. It was like CSI Miami but less intense and more fun, but a little corny. I don't know how I feel about Morris Chestnut in a TV series. I think he might be better in movies, but we shall see. I think it has potential so I really have to see more.
Empire
This show is crazy, CRAZY! But, this isn't surprising because we all saw the first season.
Why the rally Lucious?! This man is a murderer. I would've appreciated it so much more if he was actually innocent. I did like the song that Jamal sang for it though.
Grey's Anatomy
Loved it. This show never fails to make me cry in the first few minutes and the music is always on point. I thought it was a classic episode of Grey's. Fun, intense and hits you right in the feels. I just want to mention how much I love Callie and Maggie and how Mer and her sisters are living together! Love it all.
Scandal
The first thought I had after the episode was "but we've seen all this before." I even tweeted that this all happened before. Let me tell you what: Olitz having sexy times, Fitz telling Mellie he wants a divorce, Fitz reducing Mellie to nothing but a trophy wife, Liv being leaked as the president's mistress, etc etc. This all made me think that the coming episodes would be predictable. Like, Mellie's not going to sign and they'll stay married, Olitz will break up, rinse and repeat. I still feel this way but I was wrong about one thing. I thought Liv was going to break it off with Fitz on that balcony at the end, but I was wrong.
Here's what I liked. One, Sally Langston gave me life! I never thought I would say that. Two, I'm so glad that Olivia told Fitz to basically calm down because he was acting like an overexcited puppy with all that talk of getting a divorce and going public. And she was right in saying that they need to fix their ish before they do anything more. Shame they won't get the chance to because of her name and pics being leaked (probably by Elizabeth North). And Fitz will be all like "so what, who cares" and Liv will be like "OMG kill me now."
HTGAWM
I seriously don't know what to say but WOW! I didn't see any of that coming and I am SO ready but so NOT ready for this season. I just want to talk about the ending. It looks like Annalise is dead/dying and that's what they want us to think. I mean, she's lying in a pool of her own blood gasping for air. But, to think that's her own blood and that she breathing her lasts breathes would be too obvious. She could very well be gasping in horror because whoever's blood is on the ground. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
Well, that's all I have for this week. Next week I'll be giving my final verdict on Minority Report and Rosewood, and talking about the season 3 premiere of Sleepy Hollow.

Returning Fall Shows 2015
Here is a list of all the returning shows that I'll be watching this year. As I said before, I will be including a little blurb on how I feel about some of these shows new seasons based on what happened in the previous season(s), most recent season finale, and/or any spoilery info that has come out during the hiatus.
Tuesday September 22
Tuesday September 22
- Fresh off the Boat, 8:30pm ABC
- The Goldbergs, 8:30pm ABC
- Black - ish, 9:30pm ABC
- Empire, 9pm Fox
Thursday September 24
- Grey's Anatomy, 8pm ABC
- I'm excited because Meredith is living with her sisters in her mothers old house. I can't wait to see that dynamic.
- Scandal, 9pm ABC
- Marcus is back as a series regular and he's probably the newest member of OPA! I think that's the only thing I'm really excited about. My hope is that we never hear about B613 ever again. Oh and for Olitz, yall know I've been over it for a while. Maybe Fitz will actually get his life together and stop being such a dud. Then maybe I might want them together. MAYBE!
- How to Get Away With Murder
- I just recently read that we are going to learn more about Bonnie and Annalise's relationship which is something I really wanted to know about. Also, who killed Rebecca?
Thursday October 1
- Sleepy Hollow, 9pm Fox
- What can I say? This show as had it's ups and downs, but I have hope. I think they're hitting the rewind button and take things to back to how they were in S1. I think they'll do kind of a reset so people who haven't watched, can and not feel like they missed anything, but leave things in there for us OG Sleepyheads. From what I've read, there's great things on the horizon. I mean, Joe Corbin is back, Lance Gross is a series regular, and there's a time jump. I'm super excited about all of these things.
Tuesday October 6
- The Flash, 8pm CW
- I love this show SO MUCH! I am so excited about season 2. We get Wally West, we get Iris working with STAR Labs and we get mama West (Vanessa Williams)! I can't wait to find out where she's been and why she's been gone for so long.
Monday October 12
- Jane the Virgin, 9pm CW
- I'm so ready for another season of this crazy show. I just want to know where Jane's baby is.
Friday October 30
- Grimm, 10pm NBC
- I don't know what's going on with this show right now. I wasn't happy with the direction they went with Juliette nor do I like the fact that Adalind is pregnant, again. I'm sill curious to see what happens next.

Hey Friends!
Yes, something is a little different here. It was time for me to revamp things around here. This is the first of many changes.
The next change comes with what I'll be posting. I'm still doing reviews on TV shows and movies. There will still more TV reviews than movies, unless some miracle happens and I get to the theater more often or have more hours in the day to watch movies. But back to the TV reviews. I want to try something new. First, I won't just be reviewing a select number of shows; I want to talk about everything that I watch. This means that I probably won't be reviewing every show each week.
The other change is that I want to write about what you want to read about. This means that if something happens on a show and you want to talk about it then find me on social media and let me know. I want to have a conversation with you. I want to make sure that I'm writing about the things you want to talk about.
Lastly, since these shows come on different days of the week, my posts will come out at the end of each week and/or over the weekend. But, if something HUGE happens and we must talk about it ASAP, I'll try and have the post out the day after the show airs.
So to summarize

New Fall Shows 2015
So here's my list of the new shows that I'm watching this fall. It's surprisingly short; there are on 4 shows! I thought there would be more but I guess not much has caught my eye this year. But, you know me, once the seasons pick up and the excitement picks up I may catch up on a new show.
So here's my list:
So here's my list:

- Rosewood: Wednesday September 23, 8pm Fox
- Quantico: Sunday September 27, 10pm ABC

Scandal - You Can't Take Command
We've come to the end of another season. This time I'm going to give you a list of some things that happened and what I thought about them all.
Rowan Eli is in jail and Mama Pope is free
Is this really real? I find this too good to be true, maybe because I never thought it would happen. For the first time in the history of him being on this show he wasn't 1000 steps ahead of everybody! And, he really tried to talk his way out of it and scare Olivia but no one was here for it. I feel that he doesn't know how to get himself out of this one.
I don't even know what to say about Maya being free. Now she can wreak havoc wherever she goes because you know she's not going to hide away and live life like a normal person. I just really don't want her to be the big bad of season 5. I don't know if I can take other season of Olivia trying to bring down one of her parents.
What the Huck
Once a killer always a killer, I guess. I don't even know. My question is, did Quinn end up killing him? I'd like to think no, but she's capable of anything and full of surprises.
Liz
Welcome, Cyrus Beane female! I mean, she is just as evil as he is and now she's got his job. But what is her agenda really, now that she knows all of Fitz and Mellie's dirty little secrets? She's probably going to blackmail him til the cows come home.
Cyrus got fired!
Okay first, who forgot that Cyrus was working with Rowan? I did!! I completely forgot about all of the secret meetings they had in season 2. I forgot that he was the most evil person on this show! Rowan was just a distraction from the real monster, Cyrus.
But back to him being fired; it's about time! Fitz should have let him go a LONG time ago with all of the horrible things he's done.
Mellie got kicked out of the white house
I am mad about this and let me tell you why. Mellie was just trying to help, which is something that she's always done. How many times has she done horrible things and how many time has she made sacrifices so Fitz can be who he is today, and this is what he throws her out for?! I mean, dude shot down a plane of over 300 people and Mellie knew about it and still tried to help him. Now she's getting punished for it.
So question, are they actually going to get a divorce now?
That ending
I didn't like it. Well, the Jake part was fine but the Fitz part, no.
Jake can go. I've never liked him. Never have and never will. But where will he go? I believe he's jobless and homeless, so what's he going to do?
Now I thought that Liv was choosing herself, but I guess she left that back in the first half of this season. As some of you know I have not been here for Fitz for a while now, so this ending didn't do it for me. And what are they going to do because you know they can't just do whatever they want?! And, why did they make out all out in the open like that like no one would be watching them?! That was not smart. Is she going to move into the white house now because she seems to have made herself very comfortable. I mean, she got her wine glasses and everything.
This episode and season overall
Now I know I said this last year, but this episode really seemed like a series finale. I mean, Mellie can go off and be political, the villain Eli is in jail, and Cyrus now has time to take care of his daughter. I just don't see how OPA can come back from this. Olivia is off living life in the white house and once she hears about Huck, it's over. My favorite part of this episode was Liv's "you can't take command" speech. I like that Olivia. She should come around more often. Also, Mama Pope is always a joy. I love the lines they write for her.
After this season I don't ever want to hear 'B613' again! Everyone is dead or in jail so we need to let that go. I loved that this season was more like the earlier ones compared to season 3. I'm just shocked this season didn't go out with a bang like all of the others. Well, until next fall.

Scandal - A Few Good Women
This episode right here, I mean, oh my goodness. It was so good. I need to talk about how groundbreaking this show is. I love how Shonda Rhimes uses her platform to bring to light so many issues that we face in this society. There's so much feminism in this show, but with this episode in particular there were so many women getting stuff done, hence the title. (Sidenote: Please look up the play 'A Few Good Men' if you don't know what it is already. You'll love SR even more for it. I know I do.) If it wasn't for Susan Ross there wouldn't of been a case for Olivia. A case the she, Quinn and Abby all worked on together and won! And I can't leave out Liz and Mellie. Also, they only took questions from the female reporter at the white house press conference. This show is just amazing!
Foxtail
We finally know what Foxtail is ... or do we? I mean, I'm guessing Foxtail is Mellie but that's not all of it. What is Rowan's agenda? The first thing that popped into my head when we saw it was Rowan was Hollis Doyle. Is he going to be the Hollis Doyle of her campaign? That would be very interesting and creates so many possibilities for parallels between Mellie and Fitz's campaign. We shall see.
B613
Since there's been so much of B613 this season, I'm going to spend some time talking about it. I have some theories about it and Rowan. I'm pretty sure this was brought about because I've been binging on Nikita, which is a show that I think would be very similar to a B613 spin off if there was to be a B613 spin off. I've also been really interested in how B613 was created, when did Rowan become command and things like that. That conversation between Jake and Russell really got me thinking. So here we go.
I don't think Rowan created B613 but he has been apart of it for a very long time. He's been command since before he got married; it's the reason why Maya married him. I think B613 was just this sub-government organization that took out the countries enemies and it all changed when Rowan became command. Once that happened he really realized how awful the world is and about all the awful people in the world and decided to use his power at B613 to protect Olivia and I think Maya being evil had something to do with it, too. He wanted to protect Olivia and be the only person for her to rely on and trust. He's the hyper exaggerated version of the over protective father. He wants to be the only man in her life. The problem is that he sent her away to a boarding school for all those years, which was probably guarded by B613 agents, and had to keep so many secrets because he's command. Also he's a psychopath! That's why he sends dudes to spy on her, stalk her and flirt with her. It's what Maya did to him and probably where he got the idea. It's the only way he can keep Olivia on lock and key. He needs everyone to be B613 because she's Olivia Pope and comes in contact with anyone and everyone. The other problem is that she found out about him being command. This is why he gets so pissed when she finds someone who's not attached to him because they become #1 in her life, not him.
It's like his intentions are good, he's just a psychopath and goes about it in the worst way possible. I think he does love and care for Olivia, he's just a psychopath! Obviously B613 messed him up but we don't know who his parents are/were or how he got caught up with B613 in the first place. I won't be able to rest until I know the origin of B613 and Rowan. I hope we get some kind of special on it or something. Just not a series because we have Nikita.
It's a real shame that the only place Olivia felt safe from her father was the dirtiest bathroom in the world. It's sad.
I really enjoyed this episode. I loved Mellie's speech at the end. Also, I was so scared when they were about to reveal what foxtail was that I was shaking and my heart was beating out of my chest. I hadn't felt that way while watching this show in a while. Russell's impersonation of Rowan was really good.
I can not wait to watch the finale. It looks like Mama Pope makes a return and some more crazy things happen. Oh, Scandal got picked up for a 5th season there'll be plenty more of this!! Until next week.

Scandal - First Lady Sing the Blues
This week on Scandal the Russian B613 meets the American B613 and the American one wins.
White House
First, we need to talk about what's going on with Mellie's campaign. Sally Langston made it her duty to bring Mellie down and it didn't really work. People seem to think that Mellie being married to the president is a conflict of interest and that she can't be senator. Once I heard this I was like, they're going to get a divorce. The offer was put on the table, wasn't used in the end, but I think it will be brought up again. I just have this feeling that Mellie will hand Fitz divorce papers in the finale. I don't know why, I just do and this episode makes me think that it will actually happen.
That Cyrus/Sally scene was the best thing! They should put those 2 hound dogs in a room together more often!
Oh, and the feminism that was weaved into this storyline gave me so much life. Really, all of the feminism on this show gives me life!
OPA
So, remember way back when, when OPA's cases would parallel something going on in Liv's life? Well, this week's case reminded me of those times. Liv had to help this grandma get out of basically the Russian version of B613, just like she helped Huck. It was a very good feeling of nostalgia. I liked those times. I love parallels. But, it didn't end well which means that the help Jake was getting was gone and now he's barely alive in a hospital bed. Yup, that's right. He's still alive (bleh). I mean what did Rowan say; "It irritates me to know that he's still breathing."
Frankly, I am so done with B613. You don't know how happy I was when Liv said she was done trying to bring them down, but that didn't last long. And now we have this foxtail mess. It's just one thing after the next. Of course, I want to know what foxtail is but I just wish it didn't exist because I'm so done. I just need for Rowan and Olivia to had an epic showdown that ends all of this and it better happen by the finale.
The best part of what went on with OPA was when Liv found out about Russell. I was really starting to get pissed off. They were saying too much within an earshot of him and they were starting to look real dumb. Now she's got him and she's going to use him. Hopefully Papa Pope isn't 1000 steps ahead of it like he always is.
Now this episode had its ups and downs but Olivia made up for that. I love Liv's bark and bite and thank the writers for that. I also thank them for that Sally/Cyrus scene. Now we have to wait 2 weeks (again) to find out what happens next.

Scandal - I'm Just a Bill
Papa Pope is back you best believe he's stirring up some trouble packaged in a very good monologue. This is your major spoiler warning. If you haven't watched, stop now, watch and come back. Something big happened this week and I don't want to be blamed for ruining it for you.
Marcus
He's back, too, and he's running for mayor but has a bit of a problem when the mayor's wife who he's sleeping with is murdered. So he calls the only person he knows who could fix this, Olivia.
The more these two hang out the more they like each other. I would be more shocked if he didn't end up working at OPA in the near future. I don't think this is the last we'll see of Marcus. He fights for justice and Olivia's got the white hat back on so she does too. She needs to beef up OPA now. All she has is Quinn and Huck who are targets of Rowan right now and could end up dead. I'm not saying they will die or that I want them to die, but it's a possibility that Olivia has to deal with. She needs more help.
The White House
Fitz is trying to get this bill passed and only one thing stands in his way, Susan Ross. Susan Ross is force to be reckoned with, which is making her my favorite person in that house. Mark my words, she may not want to be president now but that will change. Her voice as VP is going to grow. She already got Fitz to fix the bill, she's going to do more and more. Soon someone will mention she should run or ask if she will run and put the idea in her head that she's capable and would be good at it, and then boom. Mellie is going to be pissed but oh well.
Russell
I am so mad. Not because he killed Jake, but because he's B613! I had so much hope for him. I really didn't want him to be connected to Rowan in any way. I think deep down I knew he was bad news, because every man that comes into Liv's life is, but I wanted him to be different. She really needed an escape. He let her be Alex and now she can't be Alex anymore which means that she is going to have to face all the crap that happened to her. Her reaction to the truth is important. I think it will break her. I mean completely break her to the point of her sobbing on the floor somewhere. I predict much emotional distress.
Jake's dead?
I pose that as a question because [SPOILER ALERT] there are pictures on the internet of him bandaged and lying in bed alive, but who knows. Let's act like he's dead for a second. I felt nothing! I wasn't shocked and I surely wasn't sad about it. The only thing I felt during that scene was anger because Russell is B613. That's it. If he's dead, I really don't care and if he isn't, then what's new. I find that kind of hilarious. I didn't know how I would react to Jake's death but I did expect some kind of reaction.
My one question is why did Rowan go after Jake first? I mean, other than the love triangle drama. There are so many other B613 agents that Rowan could have killed to get to Olivia.
Overall, this was a really great episode. It's been a long time since I've watched an episode and was unable to focus on anything non-Scandal related. I couldn't even get up to pee during the commercials because I was checking the internet for everyone else's reactions! It was amazing and it was nice to get some epic Pope family monologues. Can't wait to see what next week brings!
