Glee

It's time for Sectionals!!!!
Okay, again, Quinn is crazy and she really needs to get some help. I'm happy that she went and talked to Shelby instead of trying to ruin her life. And why in the world does she want Sam, I don't understand that. And does she really wanna go to Yale, I mean really?? Nothing ever gave me the impression that she was that smart, no offense.
Oh my gosh, Mike and Tina!!! She was only trying to help there was no need for him to get all made. I almost cried when his dad came and then they hugged. That was the perfect father son moment!!
Who knew Sam was a stripper and that Blaine is a boxer?!?! Oh and I really don't like the idea of Mercedes being with Sam. They are not a good couple. Nope, not to me.

Lipsyching when talking - i hate

My friend and I knew that if one team lost in Sectionals the other team would join them and that's basically what happened.
What's with the judges at Sectionals??? I mean a clown...I don't get it. And that girl from the Glee Project was back, but we won't see her again. She only got a 2 episode deal.

I seriously wanted the Troubletones to win and I think their performance was better that the New Directions. Their ,ash up was so good and their dancing was amazing. I loved every bit of it. the only part I liked about New Directions performances was that they did MJ songs. And on that note why did they choose to do all these Jackson family songs???
2 things bothered me. The first was I hate it when they lip-synch talking. I don't get the point of it. The other is just how much of a team the New Directions seemed to be. Do they really not have the confidence that they can will without Rachel or Sam?? Yeah, they're good but they're not the team.
This episode really made me wanna go find a show choir to sing in. I loved it. I don't know if anything big will happen next week but then again it is Glee...

For Better or Worse

Now if you don't know, I will try and support all of the shows created, written by, and/or staring African Americans. So, of course, I watched the premiere of this show. I wasn't too impressed with it.
First I have to say that I thought the set for Angela and Marcus's house was awful. The colors didn't go together at all, in my opinion.
Now, on to the show itself, I didn't understand the point of it. How is it that Angela and Keisha are friends?!?! I thought they hated each other. And how can they make up just from one fight?? I didn't like that at all. I don't think people want to see them as friends. We want to see them fighting and being loud and crazy like in the movies.
I also didn't understand why Marcus's friend was being such a jerk. What was the purpose of that??
Honestly, I didn't like the writing or the timing of the show. There were moments when I was thinking "OK, cane we move on from this already?" and "Why is this scene going on for so long?" It was just too much stuff there that didn't have to be.
I'm a fan of Tyler Perry and I really want to see his stuff succeed but this was a flop for me. I was watching it with my family and by the second episode my sister said "I hate this show. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it." My mom said that he gave to much and now we're like what else can he do with the show. That's how I feel.
I most likely won't be watching this show anymore unless I'm really bored and have nothing to do and it's onDemand.

Glee

I have to say that this episode was full of surprises!! First of all, me and my friend predicted that they would try and put the two glee clubs together for sectionals and it was a shock when they didn't.
Second of all, could Puck be anymore obvious about his relationship with Shelby. I fell like everyone knew he was singing to her. And why did he tell Quinn?!? She clearly was upset at the end and in the next episodes she'll probably tell other people, which would be nuts!!! Oh, and let's talk about how messed up Quinn is. She really was trying to have another baby with Puck!!! What is her problem?!?! She really needs to get help and I'm happy that Puck kinda put her in her place.
I felt so bad for Coach Beiste and it's a good thing she faced him about it and told him how she felt. And she's not that bad of a singer.
Sue is a jerk and will always be one and it's a good thing she lost.
Now Rachel, she's an idiot. First of all she made her friend lose the election after she gave up her spot so he can win. Then she stuffs the ballot but is so stupid about it and made it so obvious. Why would you do that?!? You gotta be a little bit smarter if you wanna cheat and get away with it. And now she can't sing in sectionals and I don't know how they will win without her. Who else will do the female leads now that the Troubletones exist???
I guess we'll find this out next week.

Reed

Episode one:
So, I was home schooled so I felt the pain of Alexis in this episode.
When I went to school my mom wasn't nearly as upset as Alex was.  liked how her teacher was male. They always show teachers as female and there are male teachers, I've had them before. And n they're not pedophiles (I know people who think that).
That intern was annoying to me. I mean it's nice that he went above and beyond but did he have to act like that all the time?1? And why did they make him gay?? Was that really necessary...I don't think so. I'm happy that they didn't hire him because I wouldn't of liked him at all and he was so devious and sneaky.

Episode two:
I missed some parts of this due to distraction ...(grr) but from what I saw this reminded me of a Cosby episode. I couldn't help but think about the one where they turned the house into an apartment for Theo and he had to buy everything with barely any money. This wasn't exactly like it but it made me think of that episode. I love the values they instill on their kids in this show. The parents are really teaching them how to survive in the real world and that's great.
I missed most of the story line with ms. Helen and Kaci but I still think that Ms. Helen is hilarious.

Glee

I really liked this episode. I love it when they do mash ups and the ones they did last night were so good!!!
First I have to say that I would not vote for Kurt if I could. I'm sorry but I grew up playing dodge ball and don't see anything wrong with it. Maybe it does resemble stoning but that's not why we play now. And I knew that Rachel was going to drop out of the race, that was predictable.
Woah to Puck and that whole situation!!! Umm, he needs to chill out. Does he realize that she could lose her job!?!? That would be a disaster!!!
I'm really upset that it's not new next week!!! How can they keep doing that to us fans!!! We need our Glee.
Well, until December, I guess.

Glee

Ummm so Glee was really interesting this week. I can't believe that Rachel and Blaine were gonna have sex or relations (as Kurt would say) for all the wrong reasons!!! I'm happy they didn't do it.
I think West Side Story was so good. I loved how they crosscut the songs from the musical and the conversations they had. It was perfect. And it's nice to see that Mercedes went to support her friends.
Okay that kid that was flirting with Blaine needs to go away. He's ruining things and I don't like him.
The whole relationship between Coach Beiste and that college football coach guy was so funny and kinda cute, too. It's sad that she thought he didn't like her. I mean seriously, it was so obvious.
When Finn had his rant about how he wasn't good enough, I actually felt bad for him. But, he shouldn't of waited until senior year to think about his future and college and things like that. That's the one problem I have with this show. These kids are so focused on this glee club that they aren't really focusing on their studies and that's why Rachel and Kurt are doing whatever they can this year so they can get into that one school. Maybe if they found out sooner that they couldn't go to Julliard then they would be so obsessed with having to have a school musical and winning the election. I'm interested to see what will happen when it's time to vote. Finn's gonna have a really tough decision to make. If it were me I wouldn't vote.
I can not wait to see what happens next week. Puck says those 3 little words which is the most shocking thing I've ever seen on Glee!!!!! Until next Tuesday...

Reed

Much thanks to my sister who encouraged me to continue reviewing this show. Sorry about last week my computer charger died and I could use my laptop, but that God for computer labs. :)
So on to episode one. I first I love how gender roles don't exist on this show. Kaci can play basketball and Keenan can do rhythmic gymnastics and no one is opposed to it. Well, Alex was opposed to Keenan's chose but I think he was being too hard on him. I don't think that he chose that sport because it was the easy way out. It seemed like he really wanted to do it. I'm happy that in the end Alex would let him quit because that's really the important thing. If you start something you should finish it and not quit just because you think you'll look ridiculous.
Ms. Helen is pretty funny...nuff said.

Episode two.
Again with the gender roles not existing. I love how they show Alex working in the kitchen (and not at the grill) and being good at it. And I love seeing a man take care of his kids especially his daughters. I think that Carla had a right to be mad at Alex; HE LIED!!! Even though he never did it again, he still lied. For hi to be mad at her though... They didn't even know each other at the time and she probably was too drunk to remember what happen. It's okay that he was shocked but to be mad at her. And for all this to happen at his reunion was crazy. But I'm happy they kept their composure and didn't create a scene.

I wanna know what's up with all the guest stars on this show. I feel like every time they have a new episode there's a new guest star. I guess that's how they get people to watch, which is a good idea. I wonder who's gonna be on there next week!!
